Yeah the Okama are powerful, and Sanji will learn a lot trough this. And Iva probably will get there too.

I don't know if Sanji will be still there when Ivankov arrives. It would sure be funny to see Iva when she realise that Kuma has sent her a member of the Strawhat :-)
In fact, when I think about it, with the theory of the time skip, Sanji okama days could last a while. Last week anime suggested that Nami will not reach Saobondy rappidly.

I think Chopper will learn to use his devil fruit like Marco. Ie be able to transform the different part of his body independantly into the animal or human form. But the episode did not give much clue on how he will be able to do it

i think this is a borderline to ecchi~ i still love it~ I have to love it, never thought we would see so much of robin's tits

Looking forward to seeing the content they add in each Strawhat's story, especially Robin's. Then after that it's finally gonna be Zoro's episode, but one week at a time .

Hated the first part with a passion. Caro-sama...

I'm hoping Sanji will revert back to his normal self once he meets Iva-sama (if his still on the damn island that is)....if not then...I'm sure Luffy introducing Sanji to Boa Hancock would do the trick!?

The second part with Chopper was ok. Amusing at times but overall, I preferred the previous episode to this one.

I always thought that the suit was HOT but I din't think it would be THIS hot in the anime :> (Ok, I know he is freezing, but isn't she hot anyway??

Mh, I have the feeling that we are only going to see a small part of the RA in the next episode. Doesn't look like they are going to take out the island, they're probably trying to recrute few members and stumble across Robin.

Adding parts to the Manga story in fact is filling up gaps. So they're fillers by definition.

Looks like somebody ate the next episode and puked it out again.

The man responsible for it is Naoki Tate and while I will admit his art style isn't liked by many people including me his ANIMATION skills are the best.

I'm always glad when he does an episode because there is always great animation and I watch the ANIME for the ANIMATION.

Sacrificing quality for fluid animation isn't a problem for me, but this only works for fast fight scenes. I don't think that the next episode is going to have content that works well with his style, thus making it look poorly drawn. I'm not a big fan of judging an episode by its preview, so I'm going to wait till the episode is out.

No, they're simply over-exaggerated. He messed any of the important scenes since Enies Lobby.

I'm always glad when he does an episode because there is always great animation and I watch the ANIME for the ANIMATION.
At the moment he is the best Animator who works on One Piece

Anime is much more than just "animation". It's the complete package of soundtrack, animation and drawings. If the drawings suck, the rest can be the best to the greatest extent. The complete package still sucks and is a total waste - especially if the anime is nothing but an adaption of the manga for HDTV, which only runs with 23.976fps. So there's no need for superquality animation - the image quality is what HDTV stands for.

If I want to watch a manga adaption as anime, I'll always want the original artwork style used as much as possible. And as it seems Naoki Tate just fails - so any episode animated by him is a total failure and complete waste of Oda's artwork. Over all, Yoshikazu Tomita, Naotoshi Shida, Ryou Ōnishi outrule Tate in drawing skills without losing animation quality - and that's much more of worth.

Any other fandom of the Top 3 would go on a riot, if Tate crapped their favorite manga... But I guess it's fine to tone down expectations here, since it's just One Piece, isn't it?

Sanji's story is thus far my favorite of the separation arcs, and it just got a hell of a lot better through this episode. When this was shown in the manga, I inferred that Sanji was forced to dress up as a woman, but deeply resented it. The only "bad" part about it is how they undermined Sanji's progress throughout the series, through the okama on the island saying that he isn't "strong."

Chopper's story, I don't really care about. He isn't doing much except provide (unneeded) comic relief by being chased and attacked by the humans and birds on the island. It's nothing to advance the story nor his development as a character, except he wishes to join up again with Luffy and the others at Shaboudy (which is a given).

So sanji being turned into a queer after being the knight in shining armor wanting to save the women is good. I don't want the old sanji to leave he had such progress to make I just want to wake up from this nightmare. okama are good when they first come that way but to change a character like this is so dramatic.
