My advice is build DPS. They are what you need the most of. You got Xiao right? Getting him to 90 will take a while. Then get him "The Catch" get that 90 and R5. With artifacts. Once you have all that though he can probably carry you through whatever else you need to do.
That's the highest ATK% buff you're going to get from a 2pc (Gladiator, Vermillion, and Echoes are the same). The combo of a 2pc ATK set and the 2pc Noblesse looks pretty decent IMO until you can farm Crimson Witch, assuming you'll still want to use him as a DPS, that is. You can focus on getting better substat rolls on those pieces. How do they look right now?

You're lucky to some degree since Xingqiu and Thoma both use Emblem and/or Noblesse and Kaeya's best set is also Emblem. Shimenawa pieces can be used on Razor in a pinch. But since you mentioned Thoma and Tenacity of the Millelith, you might have some Pale Flame pieces to use on Razor, as it's his best set. So right now the priority in which you should spend your Resin should look like this IMO -

Her kit seems a little lacking for a physical build. I have a four piece ocean set with HP, Electro, HP with a Dark Iron Sword (the one from Liyue vendor). Her ring isn’t as good as a C6 Fischl and no where near Shogun but pairs nicely with Hu Tao and Xingqiu. She’s only at level 50 but I would like to know how much damage/healing she can do at a higher talent level.
So.... it seems like her being able to heal was just a distraction and she's better as a Physical or Overload carry? Idk, sounds cool enough to me.
Kind of annoying pulling only for a 4star though, as I already have C2 Itto. I wish pulling for specific 4stars didn't feel so shitty, especially when it'll be the same situation with Heizou next banner as I already have Klee and Kazuha (the two rerun banners in the first phase, according to leaks).

Supposedly an internal leak that's not even coming in 3.0, so I guess someone might be getting fired.
Referred to as "Su-like", in reference to a Honkai character. I've seen some people speculate that he's the God of the Woods, the former Dendro Archon who supposedly died in the Cataclysm. Not sure if that makes much sense if he's being teased as a playable character, but whatever.

In the video it seems to work though, strangely enough. Her skill has pretty good electro application so it'd be pretty easy to keep Superconduct up when paired with Kaeya/Rosaria/etc. I personally am not a huge fan of Units being built physically when they aren't really designed around it though, as it nerfs your abilities damage and can make using them a waste of time from a damage perspective.

Still waiting on a Hydro Polearm or Claymore. I think are the only weapon-element combos that aren't represented so far. I think a leak of pertaining to upcoming characters mentioned there being at least one of these though, so who knows.

I'm not sure what to expect with her, but given the character design and the kind of things the first 3 Archons specialize in (Venti-CC, Zhongli-defense, Raiden-offense), I'm sort of expecting her to be a healer... which would be kind of underwhelming to me unless some of the new artifact sets in Sumeru were really interesting.
I figured she'd be another catalysts DPS attempt with some support flavor Given the whole god of wisdom thing. That just screams "She'll be using a book." to me. If she was a healer she'd be an auto-skip for me regardless. Not sure why they'd make an archon that heals either since for the current content if you've got either Jean or Qiqi, how do get better healing than that? If healers in the game right now already do that job perfectly. Not sure where the room for improvement even is, aside from like damage buffing, I guess.
She could kind of still be that while also healing though... not too unlike Kokomi perhaps. But Idk, was just speculation. It is interesting since all Archons have sort of had their own niche in a sense.
She has the same kind of ears as Klee... which is interesting considering I think Klee's mother is associated with Sumeru. Would kind of make sense that she'd be playable at some point in 3.x
I've seen leaks saying Dendro Resonance will provide an Elemental Mastery buff to the party. It seems like there's only 3 elements Dendro reacts with currently - Pyro, Electro, Hydro
