I was getting worried about Kagura's shrinking role in the manga, but it seems Sorachi the allmighty has seen fit to put my worries aside, as this chapter is mainly about her and Katsura. Someone put like...half of the chapter up on 2ch with descriptions...which is new for Gintama.

Lesson 207: Be Careful what you pick up and eat.
食欲が無い定春。
Sadaharu has stopped eating.
動物病院に行ってレントゲンを撮ったら異物が写っていた。
They(Kagura i'll bet.) Take him to the animal hospital and a foreign material 'Roentgen' was taken out.
結局腹の中に入っていたのはマネキンだった。
新八と銀時は帰宅、神楽と定春は大事をとって病院に泊まる事になる。
It seems that a mannequin's arm had been in Sadaharu's food and its what made him sick. Shinpachi and Gintoki go home after everything sees to be fine, but Kagura worried about Sadaharu stays.
そこで神楽は桂とエリザベスに遭遇。
エリザベスが元気がないのでレントゲンをとったらオッサンが写っていた。
Nearby Kagura is Katsura who is there for the same 'Roentgen' that made Elizabeth ill.
近くオッサンを取り除く手術をすることになる。
神楽と桂は衰弱した老犬を発見。
もう病院で最期を看取るなったらしい。
Elizabeth is undergoing an operation, so Katsura is waiting, and begins to talk to Kagura. The two of them see an old dog who is about to be put down.
夜、定春と神楽は動物病院に泊まる。
Kagura stays over night at the hospital for Sadaharu.
神楽は眠れないので動物を見て回ってると、同じく泊まっていた桂を発見。
桂はさっきの老犬の入ったゲージの近くに座っている、神楽もその隣に座る。
Kagura can't sleep however, so she decides to walk around where she sees that Katsura wasn't able to sleep, and is watching the old dog they saw earlier.
老犬は一人暮らしのおじいさんと一緒に住んでいて、
ずっとおじいさんに寄り添いながら暮らしていた。
そのおじいさんも今、倒れて病院に入院している。
神楽はこの老犬を連れだしておじいさんに逢わせようとする。
Turns out the old dog had lived with an old man for a long time, and when the old man became Ill so did the dog. Kagura feels pity and wants to take the old dog to meet his owner.
桂は最初は神楽を止めようとするが、犬がおじいさん逢いたがっている様子だったので手伝う事にする。 桂が犬を抱き上げると、犬がドロップキックした。
At first Katsura tries to stop Kagura, but after things are explained better, he decides to help. However when he goes to pick up the dog it drop kicks him.
突然元気になって人間の言葉を喋り始める犬。
その犬には母親の腹の中にいた時から18年間ずっと、地球征服を目論む宇宙生命体「星喰」がとりついていた。
The dog starts speaking like a human, and reveals that he actually had come from his mother planet 'Hoshikue' (Litterally Star eaters.) and he had been here for 18 years trying to take over the planet.
ファミレスに移動し、神楽と桂に泣きながら愚痴をこぼす宇宙生命体犬。
ホントは犬じゃなくてもっと強い生き物にとりつきたかった。
They go to a resturant, and after hearing the dog's tale (It's apparently not a dog, but a powerful alien from another planet.) Kagura and Katsura look like they're in tears? (Not clear.)
犬の話を聞いてすっかりモチベーションの下がる神楽。
しかし桂は、おじいさんの為にこの犬を病院へ連れていく、と言う。
すると、ファミレスに星喰の対抗勢力である「星吐」がとりついたたくさんの猫が現れれる。 その猫達が窓をつき破ってファミレスに突入してきたところで終わり。
Kagura loses her motivation after finding out that the dog is actually an alien, and is about to go back to Sadaharu, but before she can kittens invade the resturant looking for the old dog, and thats it.

The humour in Gintama also requires the audience to have some knowledge on other anime series. For anime fans like me it's not a problem since I've already watched most of the stuff they show on Gintama anyways. But to new anime fans, it might be something discouraging.
