It is nice. 
I don't know if it is just me, but somehow I feel that the shading on the clothes are a bit lacking. I understand that it is cell-shading but perhaps you can still add a bit more shadings to the clothes?
The background is very bright. It brings up the Gohan nicely but it might just be a bit too bright? Other than that, the picture is great.
