Fantasy Gray vs Mirajane

Forgive for making another thread like this, I just wanted to get an updated outlook on this fight.

Mira uses Take-Over Satan Soul and can absorb demons she's fought.

Gray uses Ice make and Ice DeS.

Who Wins and Who's stronger??

P. S: Am I the only who could see Mirajane winning this and being stronger than Gray possibly??

If we're just comparing stats, Gray has better showings with what he showed against END.

Gray obviously, with DeS advantage I don't see how he can lose. If Gray was restricted to regular Ice Make magic then maybe Mira could pull a victory.

Mirajane could probably out maneuver Gray's attacks like MG with her showings against Skulion in BSS.

So? What's that going to accomplish? Taking over Macro was useful because it could help her call Elfman, on it's own it didn't actually do anything to Seilah.
Base Mirajane has no chance at beating even Ice Make Gray, and Demon Mirajane gets slaughtered, takeover doesn't change that. In fact it'd be incredibly generous to assume Mira could even get close enough to Gray to use takeover given her weakness to DeS magic.

Gray wins this easily.

It is different since Devil Slayer so far is magic of an etherious demon. And Mirajane has already proven that she can takeover an etherious curse.

That's true. GS don't Godize like DS and DeS Dragonize and Demonize. GS are like Second Gen DS, they don't turn into what they slay like Fist Gen DS and DeS do.

Yes, they were....but why would the Thunder God Tribe be above Invel? Gray stomped the Thunder God Tribe.

Also Gray can use Des in Base state too right?He doesn't need to demonise,he can spam the Des spells in Base state thereby negating any Take Over advantage assuming there is even one.

Mirajane will need to use her aerial advantage, her nukes and her macro to use as distraction. So she can get close to Gray.

Macro is fearless, until Mira can show she can use Macro on stronger opponents and not some fodder then i can accept it.

Aerial advantage is only an advantage is your foe is a purely CQC fighter and you are a decent ranged fighter. Doesn't really apply to Gray since his long range abilities are both better and more numerous than Mirajane's.

Gray would win , but he's getting wanked.

Gray's showings against partial END = Power of Feelings + Slayer Advantage.

Gray doesn't get that kind of darkness everytime and he can't activate it everytime. And that powerup is a huge powerup. He was losing against Invel in DeS , and with the powerup he stomped him in base. Remember , Gray required the same PoF + DeS + Slayer Advantage to go on par with him. So there's a lot of factors to be considered.

That being said , Mira's got a heavy anti feat of having an extreme diff battle against Jacob who didn't use transport and kept his eyes closed the whole time . This is the reason I'm giving it to Gray. Otherwise power set wise Mira's more impressive.
