Oh when did that happen? What I knew was they were debating the status of Kutai as the oldest kingdom two or three years back. Good to know.

Oh no, that one is already over last semester. This semester I have to write a two-hour play. The content has to be local, so I'm quite distressed. (I'm the medieval era type, so writing anything Indonesian is hard.) And there are some other essays and thesis....

This semester is rather crazy, not sure why. I mean, academic schedule is fine, but the seasonings of non-academic activities... Blergh. How are you?

I don't remember it much, but I think the overviewstudy that was linked in the article was specifically pointing out the diffrence to music therapy, linking music to four diffrent mechanisms in the human body. Either way it's good someone actually takes the time to study how it works and what it does.

Sure if you can, why not. As long as it doesn't destroy your hobby ^^

New hospital? For my faculty? If it's about moving to get closer to other faculties, not sure how things are going with that end. Heard it since ages ago, but haven't seen anything yet.

We're half-assed as a country, in my personal opinion as its citizen. I'd say that the amount of hardliners is quite close with the amount of moderate ones. Like any hardliners, of course there are some extreme beliefs, which I think make their life is more difficult, such as decided to not using Alcohol as an antiseptic for wounds or surgery since it's prohibited. Guess now you can imagine how extreme they are.. but I'm really glad that there are still many moderate muslims out there.

I forget the example but I remember there are few others extremities we have compared with those living at western Asia, iirc. I can be wrong.

I've read it. IMO, it's good, but again, it depends on your taste. Actually it does not belong to my favorite genre, but I still think it's good. You're planning to read it?

Maybe you should just try read it. I was actually uninterested at first, by a friend of mine owned the book, so out of curiosity and boredom, I decided to try reading some chapters. I ended up finished the whole book.

So he never says a thing. There are even times when she asks if he likes this girl or that girl. His face turns dark every time. The moment someone tells her that he likes her, she becomes unsettled and goes to him. When he asks if something's wrong and tries to touch her, she actually recoils, hurting his feeling. She asks him about it but she just has to say something like, "But it's impossible for you to like me, right?". Unable to answer, the poor guy just diverts her attention and leaves her. Kawaisou ne? And all their fellow workers know about his feeling, so they kinda pity him too.

I suggest you try to watch it when you have the time. It's hilarious, really. (I feel bad for Satou, but the way he reacts is just so funny.) What I just told you is not the main plot really, since Satou is not the main character, but the main plot is way more hilarious. The funny thing is Jun Fukuyama (Kei Takishima's seiyuu) is there too, though not as Satou.

Eh, no. As I said, I'm not into the genre. But I kept reading his series up to the fourth book. I have to say Laskar Pelangi is still the best out of the four.

We still had history in science class, remember? We were supposed to have a geography class, but due to the lack of teacher, we got history instead. I still remember Mr.Day's face when he taught us in 11th grade. I even remember that he taught us about the Revolution in 1998. I don't remember about the 12th grade though.

I just watched the part where the woman was wondering about how their co-worker doesn't realize that a girl was having a crush on him, and he only answered "I'm wondering too". (Ironic, isn't it? Of course she doesn't realize that he 's actually talking about her.) And then when he accompanies her buying a cell phone, the clerks mistake them as a couple and he had to keep denying. Later, when someone asks about them again, she just has to answer they'll be friend forever! #friendzoned Even when she sleeps, she sleep talks, calling his name (a moment of heartwarming) but then... continue telling what's good about the manager. So in her dreams, she talks to him about the manager. That must be really, really hurt.

I don't know how this happens, but I pity and laugh at him at the same time.

Eh, the thing is I'm not aspiring to be a writer. My role models were only C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien. Well, they were writers, but I aspired to be like them more because they were scholars.
