Question hop and op stuff

how do i add some people as an op or hop on an irc channel for good? i mean just clicking their names and oping them is temporary.

ok what you would have to do it set levels for each person
example: /msg chanserv #channel nick 1 ---- gives voice

i dont remember the number for hop, i think its 4
5 and above gives op powers

dont forget that the person must have registered their nick for it to auto-op/hop

see /msg chanserv help levels if im missing anything
