Well, it was just a joke that if Mel and Eli's child is that powerful(according to your estimation) then the SD and DK will kill him because he is too powerful and might kill them one day.

stop this headcanons and look at factual side arthur having potential doesn't surprise me so using tristan to prove that he's going to be weak and has less potential than meliodas is crazy the fact that what sobreno said about ichigo having quincy, hollow, shinigami powers even though there contradictory to each other still made him one of the strongest without training it.

Kid Sasuke has more potential than her, he has a far greater chakra poll too, category that she lack.


I agree about Boruto, the only thing that he lack compared to Naruto is endurance and a huge amount of chakra, same for Sarada.
Both that is because both Naruto and Sasuke were reincarnation of Indra and Ashura that they were that powerful, potentially wise.

I agree about Gohan but in the end, Goku remained on the top, especially with Ultra Instinct.

I get the comparisions to other series but I think each author decides what to do with these things. Just because in Dragon Ball or Naruto the children didn't surprass their parents doesn't mean that in Nanatsu or other mangas that can't happen. Nakaba can decide to do it, or not.
Either way I hope the Arthur spinoff actually happens and Tristan gets to be a developed character, because if not this is going to be a eternal debate lmao.
Would be really nice and cool if Meliodas trained his son, so that can show if Tristan is to surprass him or not. I would also love to see his trail to overcome the contradiction between darkness and light, if that can be possible.

ichigo isnt proof of anything, this is NNT, not Bleach. Ichigo is strong, Tristan wont be imo. The hybrid trope is stupid anyway, i both hope and expect it wont happen in the Arthur sequel. Tristan will be weak.
