Actually Viz has claimed numerous times on Facebook that someone beat to the license for the show even after it started airing on Crunchyroll. It;s likely someone does have it. Probably not Funimation though since they apparently didn't even know the reboot existed till it started airing.

What if 4kids got it?

I really really really, hope its by some miracle Funimation. I've been dreaming about it since getting into YuYu Hakusho via Funimation's dub and then getting into Hunter X Hunter via crappy chinese dvd bootlegs. Ging voiced by Justin Cook, I want that so bad. I guess I just mostly don't trust anyone else with getting it properly put on tv with a good english dub cast. (Sorry hate the 1999 dub)

I saw a glimpse of hxh yesterday when I was watching animax.They were showing the new anime they were releasing.Wondering when they were going to show it.
Thanks for putting this up. This trailer made the hunter exam arc more interesting by a lot.XD When in fact,it wasn't really that interesting.

On a side note,wasn't Kurapika's outfit supposed to changed when the zolydck arc started?

It is a good trailer but I definitely disagree about the Hunter Exam not being interesting.

But the trailer does make it seem more action packed when really HxH is more about the mind games.

I didn't actually notice until people started mentioning this. I don't mind it now but they should definately change it for the Yorkshin arc!

I'm sure they'll change it for Yorkshin, and maybe have his training costume in the flashback of his nen training. I am a bit sad that the Zoldyeck mini arc costume is gone, its probably my 2nd favorite Kurapika wardrobe after his Yorkshin costume right above his new pimp suit.

Well I partially expected them to just change the ED song and not the OP since the ED song has been playing for so long and typically when that happens the OP is changed every 52 episodes and the ED every 26 so at least there's some kind of balance. This remix at least sounds a little more rock-esque, which I'd prefer since we are headed into darker territory

Anyone else notice how weird it is to have a metal (don't know which subgenre it is) song as an ending theme for a show that airs in the morning? I mean the opening is pretty standard shounen stuff, I could see the song being used for a One Piece or Toriko opening, but the ending song choice is a little bit bizarre for a morning show. Not that I'm complaining, I actually really like the ending.
