Hey, don't write "(HunterXHunter Retour), don't believe me, heiji, I have no idea if that's true or not, and we wouldn't know for sure for months. Plus anyone can just say that, and I haven't seen any backup.

Besides, it said actually IN January, Jump issue 1 comes out in November. They meant the actual month. That's like issue 5-10ish.

I'm still very apathetic towards HxH returning. The last few batches of chapters weren't all that entertaining and we all know that we will only get 10 installments from him. Maybe if he was going to be around longer then that I'd get excited. That would actually make the damn chimera arc end.

Well, the mangaka of Kagijin gets to get paid a bit longer at least if this were true. I'll also feel a bit sorry for Lilienthal but what can you do.

I just wish HxH's mangaka finish the series, even if it's an incomplete ending. (Like how Shaman King ended before this years releases).

Everyone's gonna think HXH is gonna come back based on some baseless rumor now... And that's all my fault...

And why do you want it to end? If you want it to end, just stop reading it. It's the same thing. The point isn't for it to end. Is it running some burden to you?

And Beelzebub is doing really well. I dunno if it'll go into some sorta demon world arc, but it does seem like the author's able to manage it with keeping the characters interesting and the plot moving and meaningful. Plus it's selling well and raking pretty well, it's not gonna get canceled.

It says "there is a high chance" it will resume in January, now that it's been a year after reserialization. And he said his friend works at a printing company who says they're printing the new volume for January. And the cover picture isn't decided yet.

It also says around that time Kagijin or Rilienthal will probably end to give it its spot...

He says "It's your choice to believe it or not".

I said that in the Jump TOC topic and heiji seemed to think it rumor good enough to put on his site.
Despite the first issue that comes out in January being 2010 #6-7, number 1 comes out several weeks before new years for some reason. He said he put in a ? so it means "around then" and "possibly". That happened before when Akaboshi had rumors of ending a few months ago. Though it ended up ending anyway this week.

Edit: Oh, actually he did change it to 6-7. So yeah, January sometime, that guy said.

When is that happening?

People are just assuming that Naruto is going to have a special book with other artists drawings just like the one One Piece had to celebrate it's 10th birthday. But nothing is confirmed, these are just supositions.

I just said it on the last page, but heiji only put that up on Raw Paradise because of my post. And the ? indicates it's just a rumor. Like with Akaboshi being cancelled a couple months back.

Do be aware, that the Jump site puts up which volumes are coming out for the next two months. So whenever they update it in November for the December/January releases we could know better.

HXH wasn't confirmed for December. In fact it definitely won't be and no one anywhere said that.
It's not confirmed for January either, it's just a rumor.

I'll say this as many times as I have to until everyone gets it...

I wasn't here for couple of days, so I'm not really sure what is going on right now.

To me, the point is for it to end. I don't like series that are 'to be continued' in an eternal fashion. An ending gives closure, and removes the burden of hoping for it's comeback.

And ending is not the same as stop reading, If I stop reading it why would I care if it ends or not? Besides I really like HxH, I'd never stop reading something I actually like, specially with all the bad stuff going around these days.

What you said would make sense in any case that the author hasn't taken so many absences, and the publication is ongoing normally.

I hope if there is an confirmation on these rumors soon and that Togashi actually has more than just ten measly chapters next time around (or that he can do ten than have small ( two month..) hiatus than return with another ten than go back small hiatuses)..

Yeah, if he wants to take break due his illness he should take only 1-2 months... Not a fricking year.

He should learn something from Saiko in Bakuman. Then again, he has already created top shonen before, so he can pretty much do whatever the hell he wants lol.

As mentioned before, he doesn't take hiatuses because of sickness. It's because of some other reason like writers block or just being lazy, or something. There's no sickness that would make him take five times the total time than regular mangakas do.

But yeah, if there is an official announcement it would be around 1 month before the restart.

so i am at the end of the G.I. arc and if it isnt because of sickness why does it look like his assisistants styarted drawing for him? Tell you the truth i dont know if i continue reading it the way it is. does it get better at all and if it doesn't is it worth reading and catching up to date?
