I never thought I'd read something like that from you. I don't know how close to the end TPN is but there are plenty of new series which are not doing well in WSJ right now.

hihhi well TPN is currently at its final arc, it was never designed to be a long series.
there was even an announcement in wsj seemingly for a live action movie that confirmed its in its final chapters :

Welcome! No, I don't see 100 chapters. Togashi is introducing a lot of characters but once things will blow up there will be a lot of deaths.

There are already, but he hasn't introduced most of the prince's bodyguards and stuff. He said he wanted to break the record of named characters in this arc. The two last chapters showed that he can go pretty fast when he wants.
