At this point it seems clear Togashi desperately wants to tell his story. Such frustration he must feel! Though hopefully he HAS taken time to think about it and not overthink... I know I suffered from doing that a lot with my own personal project and finally had to stop and ask (what was the original spirit of the work and have I utterly destroyed it and made something new?) You can't have a cake and be rebaking it at the same time. It always ends badly.
So far he has a ton of characters and there's too many of them. People have to start dying in large numbers or be removed permanently from the story...
I still haven't recovered my notes on the prophesies from my old computer (awesome machine, but I abused it in earlier years and couldn't repair it.... now no batter life and it can't charge well). But I noticed distinctly that there's contradiction in terms that are just assumed.
One point that I just want to harp about it s that the only character who DOESN'T make these assumptions is Chrollo. He gets the correct message because when faced with Kuropika, he correctly and RIGHTLY states NOTHING happening with him in the car was of any relevance and didn't even occur in the fortune telling! That is major. Because there IS reference to something that we readers and the spiders both associate with Chrollo losing his Nen. But it is temporary...
It all starts adding up though when realizing that Kakin is directly east of Greed Island. And the fake DC in Lake Mobeus is directly east of Kakin.... and then from there presumably another direct or more or less easterly direction to the Dark Continent wall and its gatekeepers. Everything on the ship more accurately depicts the prophesies and the one from Nobunaga again seems very different. What matters is that ALL the actions of the prophesies we find interesting occur beyond the fall of the chrysanthemum, and THAT happened only after Shalnark died, presumably, unless Shizuku is that last one. But it hardly matters as she brings up her fortune and she's just not a powerful or important enough Troupe member that we can assume her survival on the boat. Not after Shal dies, who was popular and more or less "prominant", if important isn't the word.
What gets me is the prophesies of Nobu and how it contradicts who the Shinigami is. It must be Either circumstantial, meaning the Shinigami is "whoever is going to bring death to the spiders", and not a specific individual. Given how the restriction of the fortune is that it can only give a limited amount of information within a given style (verse and poetic prose), it seems like it would not be TOO specific, but still accurate. Thus, terms can be several things. The eleventh Month could be Uvo in one fortune and Illumi in another, because one is giving information regarding the events pre-chrysanthemum falling, and another verse from another fortune is giving info after it, but is still referencing the 11th Spider. There's no way for the fortune power to differentiate between the two for clarity, or else it looses space to give new info. So it mixes and matches to a limited extent.
There's also the idea of fate in that even if certain events are postponed, that does not mean they won't be re-arranged to occur again, and likely in an even more fitting manner. Kind of like polishing a gemstone. Eventually, you go from a rough polish that kinda works, to a finished product that nobody doubts is authentic and the real treasure.
Oh, and Shizuku's prophesy is now being fulfilled, because of Chrollo's current state of mind.
What now bets the question is, how will Kuropika, Tserriednick and Hisoka meet? The fortunes talk about this, including Kuropika's death alongside the last of the chrysanthemum. Morena is probably the consistent death bringer. She is far more important and dangerous than we thought, and actually serves as a better final villain in this arc than anybody, due to her sympathetic backstory. Her methods are vile, but she is not necessarily wrong about her motives. Tserried could be a new Troupe member and that's what is referenced in Chrollo's fortune. Hisoka may also be the consistent Shinigami though, and that would fit more seamlessly. I do think he will ally with Morena. She basically is a powerful nen fighter factory, and that's what Hisoka wants, endless powerful prey.... her ability would be EXACTLY down Hisoka's alley, especially if he gets to level 100 himself and can then basically breed and groom his own opponents.

how? only 1 chapter is done. I'd be happy if we can get constantly progress updates so we at least know hes working on it.

As long as we don't get more updates we can't know more about his progression. He tweeted about Chapter 401 one month ago.
It's not bad to be optimistic...
There is still the mystery regarding future release schedules too.

The tweet means he is actively working on things. That's enough for me to be optimistic. We will see what his new schedule means at some point, for now, i guess there is no point in speculating. There is just too few clues.

Basically, a friend of mori_yy4ever visited the Togashi family's shop, owned by his mother. And his mother said he is getting better.
Since Japanese people don't like to talk much about their private lives the friend didn't ask more questions.

Technically if Togashi was (hard) at work, he would continue with the Twitter update trend he has started. Since there has been next to no updates, the chances of new chapters coming soon does not look good.
