The issue with that translation is it leaves out what's in parentheses, which is crucial to the meaning.

As far as I can tell, Togashi's saying: "Everything has been successfully organized (disorganized) back to how it was."

It seems someone (a cleaning company?) came in to clean, moved things around, and Togashi didn't know where things were, so he had to "disorganize" them back to how they were.

This YYH volume comment from over 30 years ago basically sums things up. : P

And I thought that the person who organized the place was Naoko

I only got the general idea (I'm sure you did too, given how good the drawing is). I think she said that Shikaku rings the bell, so one of the standby guards will stand in front of the intercom (Since all the prince quarter layouts are the same) so Halkenburg can shoot his arrow and place a spy in Luzurus' team. In this case, the arrow hit Rice, the guard answering the intercom. Since Halk also knows Guard Shift because of his connection to Duazull (who shared the same mother), he can be sure that no Hunter/Nen user will be present when he shoots the arrow.

She also said that even though Halk was later imprisoned, Rice will be his witness in his trial and could be a source for Halkenburg Arrow in case a fight arises. Vict could also be a witness and a source for his aura since he was also shot by Halk Arrow... So and so forth...

Maybe Aeneas or anyone who understand japanese could explain better.

I suggest to read ch. 389 for better understanding where this theory come from.

Kanjidol was unable to come to a conclusion due to lack of information. Or worse, he didn't come close to the truth.

Likely on wednesday, there could be earlier spoilers, depending on providers. usually when HxH resumes they come more or less before or just after OP summary. I havent even started to reread , so sick and busy lol i need to do it before wednesday !
