Caught up with this. Pretty decent.

I find it rather funny that I ended up catching up right when the MC gets possessed.

I like the theme in this arc but Kizashi is very cartoonish. It's hard to take him seriously.

Another great chapter. I suppose Ichi started counting from the moment he lost control. Kizashi was born with 999 lives... With things as they are, I wonder if he'll simply give up and want to join Ichi's magic circle. It probably won't be that simple.

Considering Kizashi's behavior. Perhaps using Bakugami on him would be more effective.

Disintegration made him lose 100 lives... Jikishirone's power is way too useful. If she doesn't die, she'll have to get nerfed or lose her power somehow.

Hitsugi's trial seems rather easy? If the people are already dead I am sure a lot of people can clear this. Descarass's brother is among the dead though so of course it'll be hard for her now.

Considering what has been said about the difficulty of trials, I wonder what's Chrono. He doesn't really hate Humans but no one managed to capture him.

I think with the little aside we were given at the end of the chapter and the little reveal with Des' brother, I think there is certainly more to it than just killing 10000. I imagine it's actually going to be that she needs to kill her brother 10000 times rather than the randoms.

As for Chrono, I just don't think he's ever given anyone the opportunity to even get to the trial phase. I think it was said he reversed time on the Witches who managed to get close to him to make it so they never did.

A surprising touching moment between Chrono and Kizashi. But the latter's behavior can't be tolerated.

Gokuraku will finally do something.

I wonder what will happen if Kizashi loses all his lives like this. Will the final killer get him or will he simply die for good?

Good Descarass chapter but I think it should have been published before the Gokuraku chapter. The way it was going to end was obvious.
