Territory doesn't dictate strength at all . Theirs no proof that the Yonkou are equal my friend . That just speculations . Who knows how strong each Yokou is (Oda knows) , but that's all .

How cn you say all the Admiral are above Luffy Haki ? Speculation much ? Proof is needed and I never seen any Admrial I
Use it . No proof that Aokoji even used Haki against Akainu . It was probably an simple ability battle .

I don't know bout the rumors are whatever but we can agree that Luffy and co will become stronger then them . I'm pretty sure it's to be round the age they are now . It took 10 years for two years to past in One Piece .

Well it was said that VA and above are experts in using Haki. And considering the age of the Admirals and how long they are already using it makes me say that for a high probability that all the Admirals are better in using Haki than Luffy.
See for example in the war of the best Marco and Vista used Haki against Akainu but with no effect why? Cause Akainu's own CoA neutralized the Haki attack of Marco and co. Not even WB himself could do much with his Haki against the Admirals. Aokoji was easily able to avoid any contact with and haki charged attack and Kizaru got cut with a haki attack of WB but didn't even get injured.
Besides you wanna tell me that Luffy would be able to tank an attack of Marco and Vista without effort with his haki and a bisento attack of WB then yeah all the admirals are better than Luffy in using Haki besides maybe CoC.
Even Fujitora already showed that his CoO is above that of anyone shown thus far.

If its one on one fights, I'm guessing admirals pre and post timeskips, garp, sengoku.
Mihawk. Luffy should be stronger than the other shicibukai IMO. I also doubt the other supernovas could beat him. Although Kidd should be a close call (though it was said he only has a higher bounty due to attacking civilians pre timeskip).
We don't really know about them but for now the yonkou and dragon are out of his reach.
I'm also guessing Marco, jozu, vista.
Sabo is very likely especially now that he has the mera mera.
And of course Rayleigh who taught him.
CP0 might also be possible (initially of course).
One piece is vast so they are probably more (eg revolutionaries) we don't know about and also some that might be natural enemies.
Second in command or next strongest for yonkou's are also very likely. (eg like commanders from WB).
Either way, luffy hasn't had to fight all out yet like with Rob lucci. He's just be mowing down but still he hasn't exactly fought particulary strong enemies. The fight with DD can be a good measuring stick to see how strong he really is.
Well he's definitely strong enough to be in the NW but we can't say for sure how much stronger.
