I searched a while to find a mature Shoujo or Josei with dark fantasy elements and this one looked very promising, so I finally tried it out - and can't wait for the next release, damn

It's your classic girl-meets-vampire-story but told in a different, matured way. The vampires are shown as realistic beeings, trying to live in a world without a place for them and our female protagonist is dragged into these kind of life all of a sudden.

Spoiler: Summary by Storm in Heaven

Koizumi Kanna is infatuated with the man who came to the restaurant she works at and ordered a burger with no onions. Little does she know, Toujou Ren is interested in her as well, but for a different reason. Kanna just so happens to be the mirror image of a woman he knew a very, very long time ago. It is for that reason that he saves her when she nearly dies in a car accident. But the life he gives Kanna is far different from the one she lived before, and she's not certain it's the kind she wants...

What else to say? Beautiful art, a deep and interessting plot, a touch of romance and of course: vampires - what do you need more to have a good manga? Well, this one also shows you a lot of blood and a tragic view on the life as a vampire, which makes it even better

I downloaded the Edited Manga by Vampire Knights not too long ago. Chapter 11 is a cliffhanger I must know what happens next!

Seems like the Vampire Knights forum is still down... but I downloaded 6 chapters from Storm in Heaven. Gonna try it sooner or later

Funny, but both groups completed this project yesterday. I edited the first post with the new info. Interessting outcome of the story, though.
