Is Hiruma Eyeshield21??? This Es21 manga is finished already??

Some one tell me that Hiruma is Eyeshield21 i dont know its true or not but he said this story Es21 is finished already but they give new soul but the story is same.. so he know who is True form ES21 now i confused want to believe or not...anyone can tell me this is true or not?
