Juvia’s Possibly Illness
Some of you might hate me for this but I really need to get this out.
Here we see Laxus reacting to the Demon Particles inside him. As we know, he sucked the Demon Particles into his body where he got very very ill.
But you know who else sucked/absorbed Demon Particles? Juvia.
Her body was made of water inside Keyes’ body so meaning that she literally absorbed the Particles into her body. Plus almost drowned in a ocean of it.
THEN when Gray dissapeared what happened? She got sick. Very. Emotions are available to trigger a sickness, especially disstressful ones, and we know that Juvia’s emotions run deep. So, what if all the worry she went through for six months actually triggered the Demon Particles that are possibly still inside her body??
Don’t get me wrong! I don’t want Juvia to die! I love her with all my heart and soul! But that would also explain why she got very sick and as we saw Juvia was sweating a lot and her cute face was scrunched in pain once in awhile, just like with Laxus.
Now, Juvia’s body made of water so she probably can get rid of them the same way we get rid of alcohol in our bodies, but because of her body it could also multiple and spread through her body again.
If you look at this you can see that both Juvia’s sickness and Laxus’ panels parallels.
And, if you pay attention to the manga, all those affected some way by the Demon Particles are getting sick. First Juvia, then Natsu, and now Laxus (though he’s been with it longer and has it harder). But if we come to terms of who had it worse it will be:
1. Laxus
2. Juvia
3. Natsu, Lucy, Levy and Gajeel
I wouldn’t say that Gray counts because he was more cursed, but if he was on the list he would have been the second most affected; making Laxus, Gray and Juvia the top three most affected by Demon Particles.
And like Laxus said, it happens once in awhile, meaning that Juvia could have at some point a temporary affect after her sickness and we won’t know about it because Juvia is so selfless that she wouldn’t tell a soul, especially not Gray, about her sickness. And I think Gray doesn’t even know about her been sick while he was away…
Remember, this is just a theory and it probably won’t happen but it was so hard to miss the parallels between Laxus’ and Juvia’s sickness. Let’s pray that it won’t come to that. Fingers crossed!
