Shounen Katekyo Hitman Reborn! by Amano Akira

I was shocked to see there is no official thread on this and I did ask around to the staff and they didnt find a thread on this except one of which was locked and another that had to do with the latest scans of chapter 140-141.


Summary from Anime News Network:

A baby hitman named Reborn, who is the Vongola family's #1 hitman of the mafia ventures to Japan where he meets a boy named Tsuna who has no determination in life. Reborn becomes Tsuna's "tutor", while he attempts to train him to be the next boss of the Vongola family. Reborn also posesses a special bullet call the 'Dying Will' bullet, that is a specialty of the Vongola family. This bullet will revive you from death if you have any regrets when dying. When the bullet revives you, it gives you the determination to do what needs to be done.

This manga is about 155 chapters and ongoing. The chapters have not all been fully scanlated so be aware theres jumping around the story arcs due to the Edited Manga groups that had to stop due to liscencing or other issues.

good, katekyo hitman reborn progressed in a action manga (being a comedy one at first). I both like the comedy arcs as the action arcs. The only thing I regret is that it is a girlish, but what the heck the latest arc's action keeps my interest

Yeah there have been Edited Manga threads of it, but I figure a general thread with info or even quick links to chapter releases from MH groups could be talked about here.
I've seen the latest chapter 155 just tonight. I personaly cant wait for the anime to cover the future arc, its going to awesome!

Not sure myself about Tsuna, but I know his powering up pretty fast due to the Vongola ring. I know that in this future time line their future counterparts dont have the Vongola rings and so its a big help for Tsuna to have it. I'm surprised future Hibari looks a bit the same but still looks great in my oppinion.

Now that you mentioned it. His face looks different based on previous chapter.
Maybe the young hibari is in the future too

Oh no, that last pic is future Hibari. The only ones who come from the past to the future, so far are Tsuna, Gokudera, Yamamoto, Lambo, Ipin, Haru and Kyoko.

I've been following the KEFI scans, and it's quickly become one of my favorite current Jump manga. Very fresh, with great characters. I'm interested to see what happens next in this current arc that's being scanned. Plus, I'm excited to see what's been happening more recently in Japan once the scans get that far.

And speaking of keeping the thread alive...Chapter 156 is up on the chinese link I have posted above on the first post. Looks like Tsuna might be training. Wish someone who knew chinese or seen the japanese scans can give us a good translation or run down.

Tsuna you mean - sena is a character in ES21

Guess I'm one of those who are kind of unhappy with the current arc... To me the villains are pretty boring and I'm just not interested in seeing everyone ten years later (except for Lambo, who's so cute no matter what age he is, and Reborn, which is bound to happen sometime).

The Varia arc was so good, I'm not sure anything can top it, but I'm still hoping something uber-cool is going to happen. ...</whining> XD;

Based on a fan from the Live Journal, he claims that reborn is showing Yamato his true form while he is training him...SO damn evil we cant see anithyng except a shadow!!!!

Not sure about this one, seems to be the last page of the chapter.

Awesome how amano is doing an older reborn with his sheadow. Will we see him later on older? My guess: yes, and this is a teaser...

At the end, the woman? Chrome? Well I was suprised when hana was the one helping kyoko (no one expected). Can be chrome, but remember in his gang MM (that gurl with flute) had a skirt and boots too. So why not her being the messager?

I wonder how Gokudera will train with Bianchi and what her cube does to her

do you hthink adult Reborn is hot? XD I bet he looks like a stereotypical Mafioso from the Godfather movies ^^
