Early translations, might be bit inaccurate

Tamayo's cat isn't dead and was turned into a demon
Himejima lost a lot of blood + his leg(s)
Tanjiro is saved by Snake but Snake becomes blind
The wounds that Yoriichi inflicted onto Muzan never fully healed and are still burning in Muzan's body
Tanjiro plans to target those wounds

So that is interesting, the wounds by yorichi's red blade never fully healed.... If that is true that means... I have no idea. Is that a yorichi thing or can any red blade do that?

ok... if the wounds yorichi inflicted never fully healed... Does that mean the hearts and brains yorichi cut never truly healed? Or did yorichi not hit them? Why can't just muzan simply remove the bits of flesh which yorichi cut? Since he'd just regenerate eventually? Muzan exploded his body against yorichi so most of his previous body, including the hearts and brains, is gone. Which should include most of the body parts which yorichi cut. Perhaps the red blade deals damage on a spiritual level so to speak?

yoriichi abilities are rather inhuman he can dance from morning to night and inflict wounds that can never heal to someone like Muzan. If this isn t supernatural I don t what is.

Muzan getting nerfed each damn chapter lol. I can let the aging thing pass but an injury from Yoriichi that never healed? damn... then again its not like he's the only one. Every DS are in a pretty tight spot as well and didn't really fight Muzan in their prime state as well.

Who knows... I suppose muzan is the only known demon to have lived after receiving a cut from a red blade so perhaps all red blades would have the same effect.

Tamayo keep reaching from the grave, I didn't see cat demon coming yet it makes sense now. Muzan obliterating that whole building and giving chase,,, a scene from a horror movie.

Then there kanao, inosuke, and himejima update, does this signifies them being out of commission or will they find a way? for the time being, I hope that means unmentioned shinazugawa and zenitsu will reemerge soon,,,

Excellent chapter, previous couple left me craving but this one had me holding my breath, was sad the popularity poll result will be all the way in august, but that's fine, give us time to internalize the greatness of iguro, and hope that the manga will continue tell then
