I think you misinterpreted that scan. Shin didn't try to attack seikyo's wife nor any of that sort. Clearly, seikyo's wife has been asking for help and shin came for that.

I'm curious for the ceremony after this mission for shin. Is he gonna become a full pledge general? Or just a 5k commander?

If anything then it should be 5k - think he will have to do something bigger to get to being a general... altho saving kings brother is big politics wise, battle-wise he came, owned everyone in like 3 chapters and now will finish off the battle in 4th. Compared to what he did in the coalition army war or even before vs Renpa, its just all too easy to get him the general rank.

I was expecting for him to be like 3000 man general the most and not 4000 not that having the title of 1000 more makes a big different but with 4000 isnt practical a one step before becaming a full- ledge general? He is basically to Vice- general position ok that would make sense since he has kyukai back and ten allthought kyukai is more of ten i mean ten has the brain but kyukai has more the brain of ten plus she is strong as shin or i dare to say she is stronger than him.

There was a two year time skip between coalition wars and now - he likely went to like 2k general after the wars and made the rest of the rank in the time skip.
