nope, Kurapika won't be killed by a spider; however, I think there is a higher chance that Kurapika will be killed by a non-spider, due to the restriction his powers have, in that he can't used his abilities on someone who isn't a spider.

I don't know about Hunterpedia, but I pointed out before that one and a half year passed since the beggining in the series, going by the manga alone.

Yeah, about that. On Hunterpedia it says that Phantom Troupe massacred Kurta clan when Kurapika was 12 years old. I re-watched few episodes and in first episode, when asked why he wants to become hunter, Kurapika says that's because 4 years ago Phantom Troupe killed everyone he knew, which indicated he was 16 years old at the time.

That same year, at august they met again at auction. Not sure what episode, but when Kurapika was talking to Hisoka, he was asked similar question. Then he answered, because 5 years ago... which means he was 18 years old at that time.

I don't know much time passed since then, but Kurapika is in anime still around age of 18. In mange he may be 20 now.

And I don't know why it says Kurapika was 17 when anime started when other informations indicate otherwise. Maybe, it happened when he was almost 13, dunno.

He can already fight anyone the only ability restricted to the phantom troupe is chain jail.

I highly doubt Kurapicka's is able to lift such a restriction and creed off of himself..It's too strong and deep rooted for it to be able to be removed so casually...

I would love to see Kurapicka's fight Nobunaga, I seriously think some of the Spiders are gonna make it to the DC, This is gonna cause Kirapicka trouble, I don't see him being able to fight 2 members at the same time...

I honestly don't wanna see him die, I don't think he will: Unless it's done by the spiders or one of their agents that"" be sweet.

What do you think they will do with Kurapika for the last episode? They already used his 339 scene in the anime, will they reuse it or show additional scenes with him? THEY could show him discussing with Linssen for example.

They didn't show the kurta eyes so they will put a similar scene with the eyes, I think.

Too bad nothing happened. It would have been very nice, and I was expecting something of the sorts. But then again, who cares? It was a brilliant episode.
