No, Etherion he has is Continent level from the energy he produced from Nuclear Fusion. His other attacks are large country from the smaller size.

So they don't because Zeref can't destroy the world or a continent because he hasn't proven that he could. Acnologia hasn't shown multi-continental attacks so he can't scale.

The way S12, Zeref and Acno lost is unbelievable set of circumstances which manga never knew before.

Hiro actually made them strongest enemies in story, but did not spend relevant screen time on them (well, it's 14 ppl total = 12 + Zeref + Acno),
In afterwords Hiro said that redactors suggested him make 6 spriggans. But he kept 12.

But the way they lost doesnt mean their feats are insignificant and they're weak.

On other hand current enemies (like Dragon eaters) look far more weaker and have more casual and non-astonishing abilities).

Well they aren’t, they are easily surpassed by people in multiple occasions, well Romeo can write in his fanfic how zombies eat Goku alive when he was an infant. Zeref already scales anyway bu being stated to rival the Phoenix’s power, same with Acno, it does mean it when we see the power of the Phoenix to give them the stats, it doesn’t matter since they are already above it.
