Wow good luck with that, I sure as hell know how hard a diet can be

Right now I'm doing fine, it's one of the less busy days, but otherwise I was rather stressed. Had to help a friend move last Saturday (during the big heat wave to boost...), Friday we had our annual summer party at work (with kids and parents ofc, so basically work from 8AM to 8PM), on Saturday I had to attend a wedding and when I honestly just wanted to relax there was the Germany game on Sunday lol. Last two days were long work days too, so I really did look forward to today. And all of this has led to me falling behind quite a bit on the work regarding ML. So yeah, it's going somewhat okay now, but this was the busiest time of the year so far and now I have to make up for it on another front xD It can only get better from here on I think lol.

Well almost every day. Sometimes it is just not possible. Also I changed it a bit. Low carb simply does not work for me 24/7 in the beginning. But you know me, I tried to force it anyway.

I still don't get the mood regarding this match. We were clearly better in almost every way. We could only beat us on our own and that is what happened. This is football as well. Sometimes you are simply out of luck. I was not even sad. Italy was the trauma and they beat it and that was the important thing to me.
Regarding the ec: I hope France wins.
