Um, Gray fodderize LFD level demons while they were at their strongest and killed a DF level Demon once he landed a solid hit. He is clearly above Laxus when it comes to fighting demons. If Mira fights off against Gray while injured it would be the same as fighting a Laxus level threat while injured as she is a demon and he is a demon slayer.

Not alone maybe, but with Elfman and Lisanna she should be able to do the job. Lisanna is a decent enough distraction, should at least give Mira a free hit on Laxus before he oneshots her. Elfman can actually contribute to the fight.

Lisanna won't have time like I said. Elfman, the hype needs to chill, Laxus would stomp him pretty quickly and then he can take out Mira in a proper 1v1.
Maybe, Laxus still has to waste time oneshotting her though, Mira should be able to get a hit in thanks to that, plus PoF boost cause Lisanna definitely dies. In a 1v1 Elfman gets stomped, with Mira as the main fighter he can contribute, he's always been tanky, and his offense is decent, he can help.
Are we forgetting Laxus is an absolute tank. He will take Lisanna and Elfman's hits and take them out simultaneously. Then takes out Mira.

I also said she might be so much above Gray that his DeS magic might not be able to close the gap and thus it's not considered a weakness to her since Gray isn't anywhere near her caliber.
Doesn't really matter, if Mira ends up being Erza tier then merely the extra energy it would take to put down Elfman and Lisanna would be enough for Mira to drain him. Elfman and Lisanna should at least be Kyria tier, more likely higher, and in this situation Laxus doesn't fight them back to back, he fights them all at once.

He was reborn after Laxus beat him. Gray kills him after Gajeel beat Torafuzar, the damage he had in that panel was from LFD Natsu not Laxus.
As for none of Gray's other stats being Laxus level, sure, but Mira's injured, so, meh.

Because Gray with DeS advantage already has Laxus tier offense, and her injuries should cover the lack in speed and defense, depending on how injured she is. Mira is also Erza's rival, so as soon as Mira gets some solid feats she defaults to Erza's tier, because that's where she should be by hype in the first place.
