Romance Dawn version One, aka chapter 00. Featured in One Piece RED.

Does this exist in the online world? I can't seem to find it although I could swear I've read it before.

And ideas?

No, this isn't it. See, there are three versions of Romance Dawn, and you linked to Version 2, Luckas. He wanted Version 1. Version 3 is the first chapter of One Piece. Version 2 is the pilot chapter for One Piece that appeared in Weekly Shonen Jump and was popular enough for Oda to be allowed to have a series serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump. (A good move on their part, as it turned out.) It can be found in "Wanted", a compilation of some of Oda's oneshots. However, Romance Dawn Version 1, as far as I know, never appeared in a magazine, only in One Piece RED Grand Elements. It hasn't been scanlated, I believe, since RED hasn't been. See here for more about Romance Dawn in its various incarnations.

according to wiki, all of the 3 romance dawn chapters were out on shonen jump.

Actually, it said Version 1 was in a special issue for up and coming mangaka, not Weekly Shonen Jump proper. Either way, it can't be found in a tankobon anywhere except for One Piece RED: Grand Characters, which hasn't been scanlated, as far as I know.

Actually if you want the Grand Elements RED (if it's what you are really looking for) They are RAW though.
