Lucy + casual Natsu couldnt come close to taking Jacob out, Jacob barely had to try. While Elfman + Lisanna beat Azir, so unless Lisanna>casual Natsu, Elfman wins.

That's tricky. Lisanna and Elfman beating Ajeel means nothing to me, and i think they're becoming quite overrated because of this.
Anyway, that's tricky becase their fight was off-paneled, so we can't know what tools Elfman has exactly.

I'm going with Lucy. She's faster, have more AoE, and most of all very versatile that can be extremely useful. Elfman beating Ajeel doesn't mean anything to me since he got his Sand Beast Soul to counter most of his Sand which gave him more advantage to win which Lucy with her Scorpio and Aquarius forms would've been good or even better counters against him with both her and Gemini together. And not to mention, Lucy is not a Sand Mage that he can counter. Though Scorpio is but not like she'll use him since she got plenty more spirits and Star Dresses to use

I think Elfman CAN be more powerful than Taurus Lucy, CAN be faster with his jaguar form or whatever, CAN be more durable etc. But that's taking only stardresses into consideration. There's no way Elfman can handle Lucy in a stardress along with 3 different spirits, all at once.
I would have liked to see what can Efman do, how stronger he became during the timeskip etc. For now Lucy wins.

Lucy low-mid diffs. She's smarter and more versatile.

She already held her own quite well against the strauss siblings. Although she didn't knock out elfman and mira but the fact that she held on and wasn't KO'ed as well goes to show that she can handle elfman one on one without too much problem.

She can blast him with aquastream while having loke or taurus by her side for help. Oh for fuck's sake she summons gemini and copies elfman or lisanna for distraction, giving her enough time to cast urano metria.

Elfman stomps. Her mix dress was utterly useless on Elf which means she has no way of beating him. Elf is a massive tank as well for being able to hold his own against Madmole who eats Demo-fists for lunch.

I hope my homegirl gets a huge boosts that says she can stomp Elfman in the future, but she is horribly outclass as of now.

Based on? Lucy was the one just starting to get serious. Virgo wasn't serious at all. Lucy only used Leo Stardress and one Stardress Mix. Leo vs Elfman was majority off paneled and Leo wasn't taken out until Mirajane joined in the battle. This isn't Lucy vs the Strauss sibling this is Lucy vs Elfman. Thus Elfman wont have Mirajane to help him out.

Based on actual panel feats Lucy outclass Elfman. If Mirajane wasn't there Lucy+ her Spirits would have been too much for Elfman to handle. Lucy wasn't even trying against Elfman. She even points out Taurus would be a better match for Elfman that is when Madmole steps in and attacks Taurus from behind same with Skullion attacking Gemini.

Mind you a a genuine fight Lucy won't be just using Leo form but switching between forms. He would have to deal with attacks like:

Overall the fight would look more like Lucy vs Brandish with Lucy using Multiple forms and attacks rather than Lucy vs Struass siblings in which she use few forms and few attacks. Add in she would clearly use a form with higher attack power like Sagittarius or any form and a form with higher physical strength like Taurus. Add in Elfman isn't strong enough to take Lucy out no matter the form. He wasn't even strong enough to knock Leo out as Mirajane had to tie Leo up.

Taurus was one shot like a joke, he wasn’t going to defeat Elfman who went on to stalemate Madmole. Don’t let your major bias get in the way.

Taurus wasn't one shot. He was hit in the back and Lucy closed his gate off screen however we see him fighting the Golems later that day. Given the time difference between the Spirit world and human world Taurus only took a couple of seconds to recover. Leo vs Elfman was off paneled for majority f the fight. Also Leo wasn't beat until Mirajane and Elfman joined forces to fight Lucy and Leo. Mind you neither Elfman nor Mirajane knocked Lucy or Leo unconscious

Also prove to me Elfman can knock Lucy out.

Also Lucy wasn't serious as she has multiple stardress forms and attacks she didn't use against Mirajane and Co. Also you act as though Lucy was only fighting Elfman and not also Lissana and Mirajane. I am sorry but if Elfman can't knock Lucy out with Mirajane and Lissana on his team I don't see him doing it on his own.
