Well we should take into consideration the Mafia likely have roles on their team. After all it seems like there's no 3rd party (or if there is, they are Lovers since they have no kill ability ...)

If a Mafia Detective is chosen to perform investigation, he cannot be chosen to perform the kill. That might explain the nights without kill. I think it's very likely the Mafia AT LEAST have ONE role that is not just "boss member member member". Detective is a normal one.

Not necessarily. The thing is I didn't want to lock before Hardy did, since this last vote guarantee stuff would have no purpose at all if I did so.

So, few options:

1) I just kill Hardy and pretend this stuff never happened. You remain alive.

2) Everyone but me locks their votes. Hardy ends up having the final vote on you and the plan goes on. But since the phase won't end, it would take 14 hours of wait, lol.. I doubt anyone would want this.

3) I lock onto some random guy, everyone else locks their votes. And possibly a coin toss happens to decide.

That's either brilliant (and unnecessarily quick) mafia play or townie play all the way. I'm choosing to trust Hardy's action.
