The ones I had access to remained pretty much the same throughout the game, maybe reducing a little.

I don't think the game was unbalanced at all. Town hesitated too much. A Taku lynch because it was "safe", then a DigiRye, again, because it was "safe".

The criticisms were what made me rage, way more so than the lynch - the lynch was fine, although i didn't like that it happened for the wrong reasons.
But for sure i need to take things less to heart.

Also what I‘d love to slap Lambred for. At least for the one thing I saw on that day phase you were basically disagreeing how Jesus should be played, and they made it sound like they are objectively right. Was pretty annoying for me to see too.

By the way @Holt, that's no secret that this game pissed me off, but as a result i came out as pretty agressive towards you at some point. At the time i asked you a question and thought you were being disdainous, and as i was saying i was in a pretty terrible mood over this game... Not like it's an excuse anyway.
When i backread the thread earlier, i read back that part and i believe i made a mistake, you were not being disdainous i don't think; i quoted you while asking a question regarding the anonymous vote and i realize now that my question might have been misworded or not clear enough, which explains your answer to me.
Anyway long story short, i owe you an apology. Sorry my dude, hope you won't take offense at my bad temper.

I think your pair with Holt worked really well and except for those few occasions (the insults) you sounded calmer actually.

Aside from that, I only want to say that my mafia family was the best (not you Scav!!!). It was 10% mafia plans and 90% messing around in the pad. Would have been perfect if shinko wasn't in opposite sides.

Thanks to the hosts, the mechanic was very nice and made it possible for some people that don't usually play to play.

The game was a big ass fumble in a nutshell, indeed, but it was fun to play. I was expecting a really hard battle for Brandish, in the end, but it ended up... Like this. Plot twist af.

So I'm too frustrated to sleep so I'm just going to rant
Me and shino already were celebrating our win when gruviii died mafia in pad, we thought if scuri didn't vote we lynch her, the end and we won, if not brand x and we win, didn't think both were right
For day 5 that was a super confusing day, me I wanted to lynch brand x as a lot of shit was building up against them if you're careful about them over the days, shino wanted to just lynch gruviii because of gajeel dying and gryff shitty posts, I preferred to lynch brand x and worry about gruviii later, with time it was getting more and more confusing over the day, we thought that they working together but only recently aka one of them got recruited,but I still wanted to go with brand x, shino gruviii, then townie started voting the suicidal DDrye so we went with that even tho it wasn't convincing, thought it was ok, as we still had a lot of townie playing confirmed and not like we could lynch someone else as vote were stacking on them, not to mention scari didn't do the anonymous vote so dismissed brand x for scari at the end.
To think all of them were right is frustrating but we still went with ddrye for some reasons
This is reminding me too much of what happen today in grand colosseum in my guild, as some were celebrating considering we thought we got this in the bag even with the inactives, in the end lost by 2 sec....

I already told this to shino but I loved this game especially playing with her but I still think that talking in the pad with shino made it so we talk less in the thread, as we already were discussing together everything, and we didn't need to say much in the thread, or could when we get to talk together and we already made our conclusion, it's harder to do it relist everything especially in first days as there really wasn't much to say

For our mislynch about taku, I genuinely thought there can't be a jesus considering we already had in game BP, a noble, a prosecutor a Mason recruiter and us knowing that we were detective, townie became too powerful in a 16 player game and that weird, we still lost even tho townie was powerful ....
Santa confused stuff more in the background so they did their job in making so mafia were close to winning even if they didn't win themselves

Conclusion, thanks for the game @Farfalla @Copy Panda , I'm still frustrated at our lost but had a lot of fun in this game, wish there more mechanic like this with duo but with a little tweak as the problem with a duo couple is making it so you only talk with your couple
For the candy game we banned talk about game other than candy for the same reason, fear of lack of activity in thread

Anyways I'm definitely for this game mechanic to be more relevant in the future, it's fun really fun, but maybe with a bit change

The end was a little anti-climatic but that, in the end, was bitter circumstance. Overall the game proceeded quite smoothly. We were a little concerned it'd be a sweep after the D2 double kill, but for better or worse, a lot of blood was spilled for us to arrive at the current spacetime.

Biggest thanks goes to the one person who didn't let me down at all this game (), @Farfalla . I'm grateful she approached me for this idea, it was exciting from the outset really. Nvm her hosting itself, her avatars and excel sheets are high tier as well. She took quite some time to make sth everyone would be happy with (even made cute avi's for people not playing the game) so thank you again for the effort there, fave host Special shoutout to juicy Mangochi and sweet Revuchi who aided in hosting. Their presence (and memes) lighted up the pads considerably <3 Also to Nacho who I beat in a mini panda game

We tried to design a comp that was eventful and balanced, offered win conditions for everyone and took into the account of multiple heads operating under one role. Nothing is perfect but we spent a considerable amount of time adding equal amounts of noona's fairness and my panda-ness to the comp, eventually settling on the game you guys played. Tomorrow we might get to exact reflections on the game and discuss some funny moments or sth, at least after noona posts list and actions.

Thanks a lot for playing this game We were quite fortunate to find so many players so quickly; 32 players, almost all of them forming their own pair too. It's a bit of a shame that we didn't get to see all the pads, but I'm very curious about this particular aspect; what did you think of the pads? Did you guys discuss a lot there? Did you feel like it made a meaningful difference in your gameplay? Did you make or avoid mistakes/plays you normally wouldn't have? I'd love to hear feedback on this topic from you guys. Hope you all had fun and that this served as some measure of distraction during these corona times.

Like, all I remember from Lambu and Vand while I was alive is them saying „we have thoughts but only talking with each other about them“.

I think we voiced a lot, just took longer to do so cause we wanted to be in sync and voice our combined thoughts most of the time.

Playing with the opinion of someone else was fantastic, opened so many lines of thought and perspective.

They were weak in roles while town wasn't. Their strength (unused) was to have better control over day situations, while town was built to have more endurance to last against that. Santa is the single scum that doesn't necessarily hinder any side. We discuss the comp later anyway, not in the mood for it now, honestly, lmao. There will always be someone to complain about those things anyway.

I have my share of disagreement with that, but Im not in the mood either.
Will only say, again, that in mafia the best stat is numbers, by far, and for a simple rule of math adding one more than it should the game breaks.
16 players-7 scum is simply a bad ratio and goes against a basic rule of balance (the recommended ratio for 16 players is 4 scum + 1 TP for a reason). Panda would argue that traitor requires recruitment and all that but thats not how it works.

Buuuut not going to push it, had my fun and its not like town played a flawless game. The disappointment will fade and this game was very fun to play. Cheers /

7 scum? Are you counting certain townies as scum or are you saying there were 7 mafia roles in the game
