Scheduling

I‘ve been told that several people are planning to host games, so to avoid any problems like people cutting into each other‘s game signups and other things we may need a schedule of games.

For anyone who plans to host a game, you can either write in this thread for what month/day you‘re planning a game or edit it in the schedule yourself if you can.

Note that there‘s no limit to how many games can be had per month, but try not to have 2 games running at the same time.

Sign-ups!

To everyone who usually plays MG or those that don‘t want to miss signups, we‘re testing a new way to alert everyone to a new game instead of mass tags before each game.

All you have to do is go to >>this thread<< and press Watch on the top corner of the thread. I or a host will post there and notify everyone like this whenever a new game starts.

[Original Post]

While hosting overall isn't necessarily hard, it's very easy to mess things up as we have seen plenty of times already. This naturally happens more often with newer hosts.

In order to get these new hosts familiar with how the game works behind the scenes and make it a smoother experience for everyone (no one wants a cancelled game!), we are establishing these sets of rules that follow the methods that have been used in the last 50 games:

-If it's your first time hosting, it's MANDATORY to have the help of someone that has hosted before. As long as they aren't banned, it doesn't matter if this person hosted twenty times or just once. This experienced host will be the "Main Host", while the new one assumes the role of "co-host".
-Tasks will be split in a rather equal manner so that the Main Host can keep things in check while the Co-host gets hands-on experience to learn properly.
-The Main Host has the final say when it comes to decisions (ideally, this won't need to be enforced heavily, it's mostly to avoid possible issues).

Once the game is over, the co-host can host on their own and even take the role of "experienced host" for a new host in need!

I like both of them a lot, but.. Bakugo > Todoroki.

Todoroki is a bit too samey. Bakugo is... a fucking piece of shit, but he gets better while still being pretty iconic.

Bakugou became much better in Season 2. In the beginning there was too much Sasuke-Naruto type rivalry between him and Deku. Not to mention the dude came out as a total jerk with constantly bullying Deku :-_-

Yeah, season 2 made his character for me. Plus, it's pretty funny/ironic how Bakugo gets made fun of more than Izuku now.

Maybe he does improve a lot in the manga then.
Cause in the anime... he's just a loud, annoying and whiny bish o.o That gets pwned way too often as well for me to see him as any cool.

But he's still a giant prick in s2, not really any change from s1 in that regard. All Might beating him up was a great sight.

It's not so much that he changed much as a character, though he did get a bit more fleshed out. For me, it's that the series changed how they handled him.. from a serious rival/bully to that one angry kid that explodes.

One of my favorite things in anime is when an anime/character takes themselves far more seriously than they really should. That's why Kuroko no Basket and Food Wars are 2 of my favorite animes, if you can believe it.

Kuroko's Ignite Pass Kai is still a thing of beauty burned into my brain.

Depending on how many players and whether we get to manga spoilers or not there could be a really interesting mechanic added to the game.

Using the Quirk erasing bullets to temporarily take out somebody's ability. The gun/guns being transfered around like the Death Notes. Including some blanks for good measure. This could be sooo much fun.

The character rly didn't grew in me^^' He's so plain... I believe that if he wasn't related to the MC's past people would barely care about him (since yeah he'd have less screen time). I believe they'll add some background story for him and I'm very curious about that, but until then, I saw no changes and nothing unique or appealing in him, he's just boring... Damn, even his voice actor annoys me...
