How do I upload and submit my entry?
1. For avatar & signature set, photography, banner, drawing and badge: Go HERE. (07- Sets & Wallpapers Contest). For drawing: Go 01- Fanart: Coloring & Drawing Contest. For photography: Go 05- Photos & Videos Contest.
- Click the "Upload Image" button.
- After upload is completed, you'll be shown your uploaded image with an edit box for commentary/additional information. After adding necessary information you wish, click "Save Media" and you'll be brought to the sharing media page.
- Choose the "Share BB Code" and post within this thread; choosing this will save you having to select any additional codes you want to post here.

Spring Art Contest - Spring Freestyle: Avatar&Signature Set -"The Tree that represents Life..." by Seraph
Hey everyone! It's been awhile since i last participated in an Art Contest but with this Spring Themed Contest i couldn't resist,i saw the announcement for the Contest and immediatly knew what i want to submit for this Contest. When i think about Spring there always comes one picture to mind for me and that's the Cherry Blossom Trees that begin to bloom around Mid-April towards the begin of May most of the times. I always liked the sight of those and felt somehow like every worry and problem had been taken of my shoulders,it is a really relaxing sight to behold.
Cherry Blossoms also have a significant part within Japan's Culture,for hundreds of years infact, in their country the Tree represents the fragility and the beauty of Life. They are reminders that Life can be so incredibly beautiful but also rather short. Tragically. This belief stems from the Trees own short lifespan(They live for 30-40 years),their beautiful but also very short blooming periods(They bloom twice a year,firstly between April and May and the next time between October to January which is caused by the sometimes unusual weather patterns of the fall/winter season.)And of course their beautiful appearance.

I used Photoscape for both pictures to add visual effects,resize the pictures and add a frame for each picture.

A quick photo I took when I was taking a walk in the middle of Spring, a house had an outside wall full of flowers and took a pic of it as soon as I could, not the best thing ever but I loved the color of them.
