do groups get the additional points if they get at least 1 correct answer or do they need to guess all correctly?

They could get everything wrong and it would still count. The trick here is that if you risk submitting wtv, you might be exchanging 50 points for 15. So it's up to each group strategy.
For example: a group sees the challenge, admit they don't know much, and they rather try to earn bonus points instead. They can send wtv they know and still get the bonus points (15, 10 or 5). Another group sees the challenge and recognizes most of it, hence decides to work on fully completing it. This group has a better chance of getting the max. 50 points of the round, then^^ The point of working as a group when you have the possibility of being rewarded as the fastest is that you can work around timezones as well.
