almost had a heart attack trying to finish in the last few minutes... while it may seem bad to gain advantage because the other team didn't send the bonus part, it was pretty clear in the post.

well I don't really mind since I gave up on this round but it seems kinda unfair for my teammates and the other teams who put the effort to finish within said 48 hours.

The issue is not the deadline is that groups didn't get how you achieve extra points. There was already an extension so where's the issue in another one?

Yeah they were the same for everyone and they still are.

We very clearly didn't know about the bonus points, it wasn't ill intended to get an advantage.

Well we had those infos prep'd, organized. Just didn't get it that they were worth something, we didn't get extra anything to work on them. Considering we've been ahead, yes it would be upsetting if not sending what we worked on during those 48h alone would cause us to lose in the end... It wasn't a matter of missing the deadline - we sent our PM within the 48h and didn't gather anything extra past it, it's rly a matter of not understanding something that was said only later on in the round - and we weren't alone at that, as Evil demonstranfed.

Meh, won't make anyone's life even harder... If Faust decides to go back on the extensions and apply what was defined first, so be it, there's merit in that as well...

We didn't request anything tho, I only learned we could send things after the time once Faust brought that up himself - before that, I wasn't even aware we missed something.

Dunno why this needs to be a debate; was an oversight for some teams (I certainly overlooked bonus points and instead just tried to solve the grid itself), and Faust was kind enough to grant extensions. Take what you can get imo
