punishment set doesn't mean they have to be random. they can be well done and still be punishment set.

That's obvious, but I don't think anyone would like to spent 1 hour per set for a person, knowing that that person is going to throw that set away in 5 days.

anyway there is 2 kind of interesting set:
-meaningful set for each loser like gary said, and it take time
-or set by a particular theme ( for example making naruto set for everybody ) and it take time

or you can do the meaningless set found by the first research on google, 5mn for each set but you won't be satisfied. It's not like you gonna win everyday, so taking ur time to make the set totally worth it
