Yeah, They are the same ... You can do contracts with people but you have to send it to the host.

i feel like a noob asking this, but the hell is a contract?

In the rules, there's written we can do contracts, but there isn't written what these contracts are

You can make a "deal" or "pact" with someone, like... "I'll vote yes, then you'll vote no, whoever wins won't make the other wear a punishment set". Then you send those "chat logs" (PM logs XD) to the secretary (a.k.a. host) to make the contract oficial o/
