Yeah Naom-chan seems to have given up because everybody's schedule all clashed and quit the round she was about to host

Oh darn,

I'm not sure how the game was working. But if you gave everyone a week to respond nobodies schedule would crash would it?

I don't think there's a real issue with sending the simple PM to the host of a "Yes" or "No" Vote, the problem is that the winner has to make Losers's sets (ie Siggies and avatars) for the people who didnt' win. Usually they are humiliating and/or gennerally bad looking sigs/avvies... Usually this takes the most time. And Naom-Chan, restart this!!
