Not sure about the teams thing honestly. People come online and just send their response in. Having to wait for you teammate to be around before sending a PM might be pretty annoying...idk

We've done it in the past. There's usually one spokesperson and if your partner isn't around, the spokesperson will just decide on his or her own. But if you think it's more trouble than it's worth, then singles is completely fine with me.
