If a poll is used for the game, do we still have to notify someone about the vote? I am not sure if there is a point to that considering there would be no way to confirm whether it is true or not right?

Because this is the first time we are using a poll for the game, because I would like to make extra sure who voted what and when, and to avoid possible problems (like somebody voting even when she/he is not in the game) I think for this round it is best if we do both the poll and the PMs (the PMs informing if you voted yes or no like we did in the first tournament).
