IMHO, contracts are totally pointless in game. Not only do they remove the "spice" of the game to a person, because he or she is guaranteed not wear a punishment set regardless of the outcome, contracts also have near-to-zero practicall use in this game. No one will gather a whole team big enouth to guarantee their victory. Contracts had a use in the original series because there were people who knew of their existence and people who didn't, in other words the people who formed a team had an advantage against the stand-alone players. But in our case where theoretically every participating player could form a contract with anyone he wants the odds are even again and contracts lose their original meaning in giving their user an advantage.

Without the contracts all players will have even chances and it will truly become simply a game of luck and a bit of psychology.

anyway i propose to add the following for the next games: A GODDAMN TIEBREAKER
If the game end with a tie for a 2nd time, the host can ask to an outsider to send a yes/no vote to break the tie
