It's just that his latest post mentioned the original rules from the OP,which include contracts.

Lol, if everyone votes the same thing, then we go into a tie-breaker which would technically just be redoing same round as everyone would've voted the same. But chances of that happening are pretty low, usually we have equal number of people voting yes and no and thus tie breaker.

By original rules I just meant that the period of punishment is as it was originally meant to be. Pretty much all but contracts will be back to the same. Once the game begins, I'll outline the rules again. Sorry for the confusion

i think what E3 proposed must be considered.
if a round end up as a tie for a 2nd time, then for the 3rd time we add "maybe" at the possible's answers
