It is not well specified if it was only that shown or more, in the scene that Mirajane defeats the swords the sand is with shells and marine animals

She is one of the most powerful female characters, the most popular secondary character. Has a great history life, one of the best spells (Satan Soul) and manga fights (Mirajane Vs Freed).
Mashima himself acknowledges and mocks that he does not give it proper attention. We can see this in Volume 46 ...

It's hard to believe that a character with so much potential will end up so sloppy ... Is it serious that your last spell is Soul Extinction? All other Satan Souls just have strength?

Cause Lisanna has been holding her ass back since Tenrou Island arc. Being objective, she's got a good amount of screentime since Alvarez started so that's not the problem at all, she's just been underused. Sting, Kagura, and Jellal have gotten more "shine" panels than her easily. It's hard to balance that out to be honest, it's always gonna be one side that's gonna be unhappy. You can make a case for Jenny activating Jupiter against Acnologia to get him to chase them down as something more impactful than Mira has done this entire arc (fight swords, get rocked by top 2 S12, beat closed eyed Jacob)

We won't see Mirajane other Tartarus Take Over. Fairy Tail is ending soon.
She would just be left as a hype character.

At this point, it is more likely to see Mira again in the anime than in the manga.

Mira at some point was my top female character in FT. Too bad she has very rare screen time, If she got decent screen time i bet she would rivals Erza and Lucy in popularity. I wonder why Mashima forget her existence sometimes, She really had lots of potential to be in the main cast.

Alright honestly people need to stop saying Mira gets horrible fights, ffs people look at the people she's fought so far
Vs Freed=Good
Vs Azuma= She wasn't at full power because she had just got her abilities an arc behind, why is everyone saying that this was a bad fight?
Vs Jenny= Good, Sitri was amazing
Vs Sayla= She beat Sayla by using her Macro against her, no FT mage except Laxus defeated a Demon Gate one on one ( yes even Gajeel was helped by Levi in his fight)
Not entirely sure this is off topic but Ive seen a few comments about Mira that bothered me so I wanted to set things straight

Lucy defeated Jackal on her own, I think, and Juvia defeated Keyes...

Mirajane is by far one of the most underrated characters of Fairy Tail.

In my opinion, Mirajane is one of the few mages that actually deserve to be Fairy Tail's S-Class.

Not only is she strong mentally, but she is strong physically.




I refuse any assumptions and accusations that say otherwise. All the crap about her having "Little Feats = Not that strong" is utter bias.

As for Mira's development, she has one of the best pasts leading up to Fairy Tail.

As a kid, she was haunted by a strong demon, alongside Elfman and Lisanna.

But instead of acting like a coward, she 1v1 the demon and was able to take it over at a young age to defend what's left of her family.

Even when the stupid villagers banished her, she acted like the older sister and looked out for Elfman and Lisanna.




Her personality is the most dynamic and by far the best.

As a kid, she was the badass tough type of girl. But after Lisanna's death, she became more chilled and reserved.




Her Demon Takeover Magic is also one of the most coolest and interesting type of magic in FT.

Not only is it insanely powerful (yeah, that's right, screw all the lame ass "she needs feats" crap), but the forms are very versatile and obviously has one of the coolest designs.




Mirajane's death would have the most impact on the Fairy Tail Guild as a whole.

I'd even be willing to go as far and say that Fairy Tail would fall apart without Mirajane.




It's a shame that Mira doesn't get many spotlights and she is always getting degraded below Erza.

Just like how Gray gets degraded below his rival Natsu.

But then, imo, that's why I think Gray and Mirajane make a great, if not perfect couple. #GraymiFTW btw

She's still using BSS against Madmole and Skullion , why cant she use Sitri, Seilah or Alegria instead? These are some of her strongest form yet she chose to fight in her BSS against Diabolos.

Probably, Lisanna got two and Elfman got one. Mirajane is infinitely more popular than either of them. Mira staying in Base Satan Soul right now is probably just a placeholder while the other fights get resolved. I mean think about it, what's the point of having Mirajane transform into something new now, when the manga is just going to flash to Natsu vs Wraith for the next few chapters? Until Mashima decides it's finally time for her fight to start in earnest Mira isn't gonna transform into any other form(so prob after Laxus vs Kyria and Natsu vs Wraith), at least thats what I think.

If you read the chapters where they each fight him you'd see that BSS Mira, in the limited time she had, was doing as well as Erza in her standard armors. Mirajane even said that she'd need to channel all her power into attacking to possibly beat him which is what Erza said, herself.


Then Azuma used the magic of the FT mages to overpower Erza before the magic turned against him and helped Erza pull off her win. From these fights alone one could see that Mirajane and Erza were on the same level. Then we saw Mira train while Erza got S.O, then the time skip where they both trained before the final arc.

Below are the similarities i find between Erza's armor to Mirajane's demon take over form

Erza in the red pants = Base Satan Soul ( their most favorite armor/ take over in defeating an enemy)

Armadura Fairy= Sitri (Both were declared by erza/Knightwalker as the strongest yet get one shotted by Kyouka and Seilah)

Nakagami Armor= Mirajane Alegria ( Both consumes a vast amount of magic power)

I think it was her 2nd fight after she recovered the majority of her MP. So it very understandable for Mirajane why she cant use Sitri at that time. But like what she said there is a possibility that she can beat Azuma if she will channel her remaing MP to attack Azuma but as much as want to. Lissana's safety is her priority.
