Conditional Mirajane vs Ajeel

In Battle of Fairy Tail #2 Arc. After Gray beat a heavily exhausted Mirajane who had just pushed Skullion to extreme diff Gray fought Mira & Cana ragged on him for struggling so hard to defeat a nearly defeated Mira. Gray then says it's not his fault when the opponent is Mira while gasping heavily for air.

Also Gray admits he can't even freeze Mirajane since he can't freeze Skullion implying Mirajane is stronger than Skullion who's stronger than Gray who's stronger than Invel who's stronger than or equal to Ajeel.

Mirajane literally scales above Ajeel.

I agree with the last part.

But Mira is not above Skullion. That was a stalemate and they both admitted they can't defeat each other.

Mira = Skullion > Gray > Invel > Ajeel. That's how I see it.

Yeah I have them right next to each other but Mira above due to more versatility. I believe if it came to a death fight Mira would win cuz she didn't seem to use her strongest souls tho Skullion has berserk DF.

What powercreep is doing here ? Gray has ZERO feats who let suggers him to have became stronger than during Alvarez, he just has shitfeats. Alvarez Gray was tied with partial E.N.D who is at least BDSK tier if not above.

Invel lost to Gray because he has ice resistance + ice magic. Mira has nothing who can counter Invel. A fight is not only about strenght or MP.

Current Gray loosing against Skullion who couldn't defeat BSS Mira, who was defeated by Spriggan subordinates.
When you bring back powercreep, be able to give feats who let suggers them to have became stronger.

I’m mixed on feats because it seems like Hiro is very selective on which character gets the best feats or not.

He was far weaker than Mard Geer yet his advantage made him oneshot Etherious Mard. You don't seems to realize how big an advantage Salyer magic is against Demons who aren't have no magic resistant scales like Dragons. Gray was massively weaker. END was Zeref lvl based on Natsu being at his emotional peak. Gray was weaker than Jellal & Zeref according to Zeref. Partial END was literally Natsu at his peak emotion which is power is based on hence Base Natsu defeating an amped Zeref. Gray's massive slayer advantage saved his life. He's massively resistant to curse power & can oneshot people far stronger than him with slayer advantage hence Mard Geer.

True but they have comparable feats. Invel is not much stronger than Ajeel.

That's not confirmed unlike X792 when they all trained because Zeref & Acnologia we're still around. Gray isn't weaker. The enemies he faced are just stronger than Invel.
