Lying on the ground is not the same as defeated or down for the count, a slap is nor what he did, it was just a standard attack. Madmole is fast when he can react to Erza’s speed when she can react to lightning speeds or higher. So far we have seen close to mid range attacks from Kyria

Madmole slapped her with an unnamed palm strike. It's not a named attack like his Steel Fist.

Kyria can also react to Erza. As can many other characters. Madmole's speed is nothing special.

Someone explain to me why Mirajane can hit Kyria with a nuke, but Kyria cannot hit Madmole with her roar.

Irrelevant. The point is that Skullion is winning right now. I'm not interested in a fanfiction scenario where Skullion isn't intangible.

Exactly Madmole's unnamed attack isn't that impressive. It just knocked Mirajane back a few steps. The fact that Mirajane isn't on the floor isn't proof that she blocked Madmole's slap. Just that Madmole's slap wasn't that strong.

Given Kyria has hypnosis with just a slash of her magic, is crazy AF, and overall can hang with Team Natsu. I say she takes this rn.

Tho depending on how Mira vs Skullion and Madmole and Laxus vs Kyria im willing to change my answer.

It's completely irrelevant, because it doesn't change the fact that Skullion is winning. Which is the only point that matters. Pointing out that Mirajane could hurt Skullion if he wasn't intangible is a "no duh" comment.

I'm not saying that Kyria would oneshot Mirajane here, but she has better attacks than Madmole's unnamed slap. Also, this isn't even about knocking out Mirajane. @IamtherealMirajane was trying to argue that the fact that Madmole was unable to knock down Mirajane was proof that Mirajane blocked the attack. It's not. It just means that Madmole's slap wasn't that strong.

It's not even about whether or not Skullion's intangibility can be overcome. It's about whether or not Mirajane is currently holding her own against both Skullion and Madmole. She's not. She's getting outclassed by Skullion alone.

Throwing someone is different than slapping someone, but either way it doesn't matter. Nothing about the exchange between Mirajane and Madmole suggests that Mirajane would have any sort of a speed advantage against Kyria.

Well since she is not going down, she is able to hold her own, and same with Elfman who appears to not be down as well, not really, even throwing someone can be considered a technique. She scales to Skullion who dodged his attacks, and since he is superior to Kyria, she scales.
