you don't know how many are waiting for a Edited Manga ^^°
But I can understand why it's hard to find someone how is willing to translate it ... since its a licensed Manga plus ... its over 100 pages >.<

Well, I have translations for the first two chapters, but I don't think they're all that great. >_<

Being licensed doesn't really bother me... it'll be forever before Tokyopop publishes volume 12 anyway (their DN translations kinda suck too). At any rate, I usually wind up buying the Japanese tank and the English manga anyway, so I don't feel too bad.

I just wanna ask for permission before I go ahead and scanlate it because I'd feel bad just ripping someone's scans. And of course I'd post links.

Not to sound rude or pushy, but is a link to the newest chapter of DNAngel going to show up? I understand that it takes time and your life does not revolve around scanning. I just want to know if I should keep checking this thread for updates. Regardless of when/if the newest chapters show up, thanks for making the scans you have. I love DNAngel.

On LJ there is someone who does French translation for DN Angel. She made English summaries for the first two chapters. The entry isn't locked on the dn_angel_fans community, so I don't think you need an account to see it. If it is not against the rules I'll post the link to the actual entry.

You can always subscribe to the thread to get e-mail updates of whenever someone posts. That's what I did so I don't have to constantly check the thread for updates. Plus, I believe the original scanner usually posts to let ya know when she's updated something.

Yea I found that site, and asked them if they had the actual images anywhere and they directed me here after I found both.

I think so. The person who provided the translations is trying to make Edited Mangas, and I think there is another person upthread who mentioned it.

I actually have the first two chapters scanlated, but I'm having a lot of problems with the third chapter. I'm kind of new at translating and am not very good with translating detailed explanations... >_<

The wording is a little different from the translations because I worked on the the translation bits after I finished Editing. The translations are a bit more localized and are supposed to be a read along with the Japanese RAWs (basically they're for people who bought the Asuka magazines or the manga).

Sorry they're so big. I blame GIMP.
