I don't see any statement of BDSK having the same amount of Magic Power.

Laxus was shitting his pants at Kirin's MP.
Same for Erza, Gray and Gajeel at Misaki's.
But I don't remember Natsu, Lucy, Wendy or Lily being afraid of Haku's.
Or Team Natsu at Suzaku's.

Sharing the same title doesn't put you on the same level.

August and Brandish are both Spriggans yet he is far stronger than her.

Same for Suzaku and Kirin : defeating Human Selene (+ one-shotting Natsu and Erza and tanking Ignia's attack) and overwhelming Laxus is better than getting mid-diffed than Wendy. If it takes Erza, Gray and Gajeel to defeat her, Misaki would clearly be on a whole different level from Haku.

I'm not even sure if Haku is Spriggan level. Nor he's stronger than the original Diabolos trio, who all have better feats than him. Haku may have hax but it's not like he has shown good feats outside of it (apart from his speed).

I also feel like the Spriggan get's extremely downplayed only to glorify the Dragon Eaters, it's not because Diabolos' mages are formidable that all the Spriggans bar August and Irene turned into fodders.

Powercreep is the most overated character.

Mirajane is overrated by her fans, but at the same time I see that she is underestimated in the manga by the author himself, which I think she doesn't have her due value and not much screen time, when she should have. Gray and Jellal are greatly underrated. Overrated Luxus, Suzaku (I'm the one who overestimates) and I think some spriggans like God Serena and Bloodman

Base Natsu is also underrated.
