I don't think Ban would get burnt to dust going level of regeneration. I think the flames and the regeneration should be at odds and it should keep trying to burn him while he keeps regenerating.
That could happen. Also do you think Ban’s body would eventually just evolve to resist the heat of the flames like he did in purgatory?
I think that's unlikely, not because I don't think it's possible, but mainly because of the amount of time it took for him to adapt. If he was able to "experience" Amaterasu for centuries, then sure, I think his body would eventually evolve to it, but the fight wouldn't last that long. Hell, Sasuke would die of old age if he were to bank on that to win.
He has the Rinnegan, Immortality or Reincarnation, he has a bank of possibility with that eye lol.

I was thinking of Sakura maybe being able to punch through a majority of Diane's creation magic and heal any damage she sustains.
It is sad though that Sakura is a carbon copy of Tsunade when Naruto and Sasuke happen to be completely different to their teachers.
Just shows how bad the author of Naruto writes characters.
Tsunade can end up breaking through Susanoo, so I don't think punching through rock or metal is difficult to Sakura?
Kaguya was the strongest thing that she punched, even tho, that was an outlier.

I didn't know that you knew Naruto, what a surprise.
I’m not sure why, but Kaguya has some of the weirdest durability feats in the entire series. At one moment she can withstand more gravity force than Naruto, but then a regular punch sends her flying.

For with Arthur vs. Sephiroth there is a problem since Sephiroth can be defeated by any normal human, and even more so if we count that to use the meteo (his most powerful skill), he needs the black matter, the Genova cells and to have enough energy of the planet. without those requirements Sephiroth can be defeated by Arthur if he cuts off his head or if he attacks him numerous times as he did cloud in advanced children. that's another one, what is the speed of Sephiroth? that's an important factor here.
