That will be some thing that kishi has to pull out of thin air,
Though we have seen this jutsu being used only once, and in that case all the bodies were present at the place, and they were revived with the same bodies.
But in this case we have a body which isn't real one and made by dust and some other person's body, and i am pretty sure when they have planned that originally they (Both Madara and Tobi) didn't account for Modified Edo Tensei Madara.
Actually, in this case, Kishi wouldn't need to pull crap out of thin air. He already showed that the Edo summons are already basically living bodies with blood and organs and all, so it wouldn't be that much of a leap to them becoming an actual living body.
Madara was already modified though, all Kabuto did was make it so he could fight at his prime instead of coming back an old man.
The death limitation has been implied every time the technique has been mentioned. That is why Tobi said Nagato was supposed to save it for him (back when he was pretending to be Madara). Saving it implies you can only use it once. Only being able to use it once implies ...yep.
If it is multiple use there would have been no reason not to have Obito raise Madara as soon as he arrived.
The techniques related to the Gedo statue and controlling bijuu with those chains, etc, are part of the Rinnegans outer path.
Nagato clearly states during the pain arc that stabbing people with those black chakra rods allows him to control their actions with his chakra.
There was never any such limitation. And
Obito never said the word "save". All he says is that it was suppose to be for him.
Obito didn't raise Madara because he had his own plans about becoming the Juubi Jinchuuriki. And Obito wasn't controlling the Bijuus anymore once Naruto took down the Paths, so we're back to there being nothing holding him back. And no, Nagato never said he could control people's actions. He could mess with their chakra, as he did with Kakashi, but there was no literal controlling.
