Every week while watching Jackson play there are noises that escape my body that I've never heard before and may never hear again. How many players run in between their blocker and a defender and go untouched? None of this makes sense.

I suppose a perfect passer rating and 4 TD has him sealing Offensive Player of the Week for the second straight week and the third time this season.

He's on pace to break Vick's rushing record and still pass for 3,000 yards. Vick only had 2400 yds passing and 20 TDs for the whole season. Lamar already has 1800 yds and 12 TDs.

Yeah, Lamar is pretty amazing. If he stays healthy I feel like the Ravens are the superbowl favorite. Helps a bit that the Ravens are getting the Patriots experience for once. Where the whole division provides a lot of easy games.

As a Steelers fan this has been a pretty entertaining season despite the fact that playoffs aren't in our future. It's gone better than I'd hoped, honestly.

If they get caught cheating to beat the Bungals. That will be truly amazing. It's would be like someone cheating in a game of darts against a blind person. At least if they were caught trying to cheat against the Ravens we'd be able to understand it.

And, yeah, he's done an amazing job. We're finally getting a bit of a running game now. And as shocking as it is Duck is proving to be pretty effective back there at QB (Not bad for a guy who got a signing bonus of $1000). He gets the ball out quick, seems to have good vision. Though the real improvement has been with the skill position players we're pulling in from nowhere.

It must be brutal to be a Dolphins fan right now. Pirates fan level even. Fitzpatrick is the best player our secondary has seen in a long while. I don't know what they were thinking letting him go.

I never doubted his athleticism you goof

He's being successful because we've been able to take advantage of people trying to gameplan for his legs and he then kills them through the air. I think the kind of tempo we've been able to set is amazing but I'm still a bit skeptical about us playing from a decent deficit.

I don't want to say that you're better off not having him, but I think using the shitload of draft picks you guys have elsewhere and letting Fitzpatrick play isn't the worst thing ever. Unless there's good reasons to really like Tua at #5, injury or not.

Meanwhile, I'm over here not even sure what to feel about my teams season. The Steeler's season was better than I expected given that we went the distance without really having a starting level QB and whole offense on IR. But the defense was so good that it definitely feels like a missed opportunity. And I did not enjoy losing to Raven's backups to end the season. That did not feel good.

Really not looking forward to the Raven's Superbowl victory I'm expecting to see in the following weeks either.

For me, the season seemed a bit too easy way too early. So I have some anxiety that something might get overlooked going forward. I guess Kansas City might worry me the most, we weren't running on all cylinders when they beat us but they did. Everyone else in the AFC we've already beaten except for the Titans who we didn't play... which could be a benefit to the Patriots/Texans/Bills as far as game-planning goes. We did beat the Chargers on the road last year two weeks before they shut us down at home in the Wildcard round.

I think most people I see are dumbfounded about it and haven't really hidden how wrong they were if they had a wrong take on Lamar. But not even Ozzie Newsome saw this happening this year. But as far as seeing normal fans, the shine the team is getting sort of makes me uncomfortable.

Packers might be the softest 13-3 team I've ever seen. They really have no real quality wins outside of beating the Vikings twice. They lost to the Eagles, they got rolled and smoked by the Chargers and the 49ers, and they beat the Chiefs when Mahomes wasn't back from injury yet. Sure, you can only play who is scheduled and maybe they're putting it together at the right time, but Rodgers has looked like a shadow of himself and I'm not really impressed by them at all.

Maybe they would have fared better but they benefit from playing the Giants and Redskins twice a year. If they were in any other NFC division they wouldn't have been a playoff team IMO.
