well you have about 15months to get your ducks in a row...im sure between here and where gary and Charlie lives...you could find something.just get on it right now...what ever paperwork,class enrollment,etc...get it started

because im sure something like this program...there has to be an extensive waiting list for others.so the sooner you get on it,the better your response time

I have to be a student first, then when I am a student, I have to apply for such a program. And they say if you're accepted somewhere January-February, and then you go to an interview. Soooo... Yeah. But in the meantime, I'm planning to work and study hard, so I can get all the money and Euro funds and all that jazz.

are you enrolling in summer semesters...or next fall?

I'm not a student anymore, since a couple of weeks, officially. I'll be reapplying for next uni year. Exam and applying program in spring and summer! :arf

No, I just don't think OP works this way in a tournament type conversation. All the powers are different and work differently. That and I haven't ever thought about it...I'd say most of the Logias would be high on a list.

The funny thing is that he could make so much more by selling. Even the Yankees sold half of YES Network. Fox and Comcast are paying unreal money for baseball rights, it's almost ridiculous. He'd probably make more selling the team then he does owning it. I'm not sure he needs the money he makes from the Orioles, but likes it, wants to supplement his income.

Yeah, the OP world does not really work like that. Powers are so individualized, and can be so over the top, but fights rarely are decided by one persons move being stronger than another. Zoro does not have a devil fruit ability, but still beat a logia user not that long ago. I guess the closest thing to powerful level is how much influence a character has over the balance of power. Even that has it's limits, because so many high ranking characters are still mysterious. Some haven't been in significant fights, others have not been introduced at all.
