Okay, update:

Work is going better lately, I'll have to look at other people's articles for two weeks starting from Monday. I'm not sure, but I think I'll do that even after that. More responsibilities! :faint

I also started an English course last Saturday, it's for taking the English exam this year so I can go to uni (this time for sure! :shakefist

). Things with my boyfriend looked like they were gonna end, but suddenly everything's okay again. And overall, life's great currently. ^^ I'll also have to get back to Japanese lessons, once the English ones finish. So I gotta catch up on my Japanese til then. :sweat

Thanks! ^^ Yeah, my boss (she's actually my second boss, but whatever) seems to trust me. She said I should believe in myself more and things. I don't feel like I'm in the position to check other people's articles yet, but she's gonna be on vacation for two weeks. But today she said I'm gonna do it "from now on". o.o The pressure! :faint

Gotta get better at it so that I don't tell people useless things. Imagine me saying "no, this article is no good" to one of the people and the article actually being quite nice. :oh

You know, I'm kinda scared of failure. :oh

don't be fooled. making workers think you trust them, is part of the "manipulating people strategy". it's all about personality, some people are happy, work twice harder and don't ask much when u praise them. See? she's going on vacation, while u gonna work more :3c

I see your point, but she just said it so I'll be more confident in what I do so that I can do my job properly. And btw, filling in for her for two weeks is not something too hard, anyone else can do it. It was just good to accept that, since I'm new and all.
